I thoroughly enjoy being a Realtor. Getting to know each of you personally and helping you meet your goals and needs are some of my favorite parts of the job. I have been in the real estate industry for 25+ years. I began in 1985 as a Mortgage Loan Processor/closer. I moved into Title/Escrow as an Escrow Officer. Then I moved to the banking side and for the next 15 years worked as a Construction Loan Officer dealing with builder lines of credit, residential construction loans, small commercial and development loans. I was raised in Boise and enjoy everything about living here; the four seasons, skiing, hiking, camping, river and greenbelt activities, parks, and the numerous special events available here.
